（税务）再投资奖励 ( Reinvestment Incentive) 指南已更新

奖励机制概述：

大马投资发展局（MIDA）已更新《再投资奖励申请指南及程序》，以更清楚说明奖励机制和申请要求。

奖励批准的有效期限：

公司必须在原则批准信日期起36个月内提交以下文件：

  • 再投资奖励生效日期的确认申请

  • 遵守最低条件的声明（需由外部审计师验证）

⚠️ 若在36个月内未提交相关文件，批准将自动作废。

奖励生效日期：

情境1： 在提交申请后才开始资本开销
→ 奖励将从首个符合条件的资本开销开始计算。

情境2： 在提交申请前已进行资本开销
→ 该部分开销不符合资格，奖励将从提交申请后的隔天开始生效。

📌 申请者应提前规划资本开销，以充分享受税务奖励。

奖励期结束后的申报义务：

奖励期结束后，公司必须在7个月内向MIDA提交由外部审计师验证的声明，确认已遵守所有条件。
