KTP write to share important information about new steps are taking to meet the challenge of Covid-19.

In the current climate, the health and well-being of our entire community — including each of you — is at the forefront of our thinking.

With immediate effect from today onwards, and until we communicate otherwise, all KTP audit /tax employees who can work from home should make arrangements with their supervisors to do so.

Of course, any employee of KTP who is sick should stay home.

For these employees whose work cannot be done remotely, KTP encourages the implementation of social distancing and other best practices, and the development of individualized work plans that minimize close contact.

Unless otherwise, we recommend virtual meetings via zoom instead of a physical one.

Given the facts we have right now, KTP intends to remain open, even with fewer of us in office.

We will continue to monitor any developments closely in line with the evolving situation.

我们写信是为了分享有关我们为应对 Covid-19 挑战而采取的新步骤的重要信息。

在当前的气候下，我们整个社区的健康-包括你们每个人-是我们考量。

从即日起，在我们另行沟通之前，所有可以在家工作的 KTP 审计/税务员工都应与他们的主管安排这样做 WFH。

当然，任何生病的 KTP 员工都应该待在家里。

对于无法远程完成工作的这些员工，KTP 鼓励实施社交距离和其他最佳做法，以尽量减少密切接触。

除非有必要，否则我们建议进行虚拟会议。

鉴于我们目前掌握的事实，KTP 打算开我们的办公室，即使我们的办公室人数减少。

我们将继续密切关注事态发展，以适应不断变化的形势。
