RMCD announcement – New penalty structure on GST late payment

Following to our previous newsletter on e-KTP 2015/49: Penalty on GST Late Payment, Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) has officially announced with effective from 1/1/2016, failure to pay the amount of GST will be penalized in accordance with amendments made to Section 41 of Goods and Service Tax Act 2014.
