Process

  • Client requires to notify Royal Malaysia Custom on the following matters in updating the Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) system:

- Change of Business Address
- Change of Financial Year Ended

  • Write a letter to Royal Malaysia Custom (RMC) located in Larkin, Johor Bahru on change of company business address and financial year ended

  • Submit the letter together with supporting documents (such as Director Resolution on change financial year end, SAJ and TNB utility bills) to RMC located in Larkin, Johor Bahru with acknowledgement

  • Receive email from RMC indicating correspondence receive and updated

  • Log in TAP online on the update of business address and notification on any changes of taxable period for GST-03 submission.

Time Frame

1 week from date of notification.
 

Result

Company profile successfully updated in TAP
