 What is CP323F?

CP323F is a notice to remind tax payers for non-submission on income tax return form (ITRF).

Tax payers are required to submit the ITRF so that LHDN may proceed to issue compound.

 

What to do on CP323F?

Within 30 days from the date of the letter received, tax payers have to:

  1. Submit income tax return form

  2. Contact LHDN to clarify the amount of compound

  3. Pay the compound

Consequences of non-action of CP323F

If fail to reply LHDN within 30 days from the date of letter received, LHDN have the power to issue court summon.
