My wishes in 2024

1. Plan Over Urgency - Stick to plans to avoid urgent disruptions. Tackle common causes of urgency like unexpected client demands or overdue projects.

2. Discourage Overwork - Lead by example to discourage overwork and promote work-life balance.

3. Recognize Limits - Address capacity issues before reaching limits to avoid stress.

4. Broaden Hiring Strategies-Use new hiring to avoid over-reliance on traditional hiring.

5. Train Graduates and Interns-Focus on rapid, effective training for new graduates and interns to ensure they can work independently as soon as possible.

6. Develop Management Acumen-Invest in the development of key management personnel to enhance their business savvy and decision-making skills.

7. Invest in IT-Prioritize investments in information technology to streamline processes, enhance data security, and improve client services.

The reality is I probably already know what needs to be done... I just haven't done it yet.

Life gets easier when I embrace doing the hard things. Do what needs to be done.
