Last Friday, I celebrate birthday with Angela Fong our #hr manager of KTP Group of Companies.

We discussed some important #hr tasks that we need to focus on in the upcoming months in 2023. Here is a brief overview of what we need to work on :

Recruitment

Finding the right people for our organization is crucial. Let's review our current recruitment strategies and find new ways to attract talented individuals.

We can use data to make better decisions and find candidates who fit our company culture.

Retention

Keeping our employees happy and motivated is essential. Let's look at our current retention strategies and find ways to improve them.

Technology - AI

We should explore how technology, specifically Artificial Intelligence (AI), can help us in our HR, Audit/Tax, Accounting processes. AI can make things more efficient and accurate.

Orientation and Onboarding Program for Newcomers

When new employees join our company, we need to make sure they feel welcomed and supported. Let's review our orientation and onboarding program and make any necessary improvements.

This will help new employees settle in quickly and become productive members of our team.

Training and Development for Colleagues:
