(HR Update) Happy International Woman Day

Today marks the celebration of International Women's Day, a special occasion that gives us the opportunity to honor the contributions and achievements of women around the world.

In my #ktp #Thk workplace, I place great importance on showing respect and appreciation for the female colleagues especially working mum I work alongside.

I recognize the immense effort they put into their work and the personal sacrifices they often make.

It's vital to me that their hard work does not go unnoticed.

I actively look for ways to include them (including their kids) in all office events, aiming to create an inclusive and supportive environment.

This past Monday provided a perfect example of this effort in action.

We organized an adventurous ATV ride along a scenic trail, designed not just for employees but for their families as well.

With a focus on creating a family-friendly atmosphere, I specifically invited the mothers in our office to bring their children along.

It was heartwarming to see three of the women taking up this offer, bringing their kids and transforming the event into a delightful adventure for everyone involved.

This commitment to inclusivity and recognition is a small yet meaningful way I can contribute to their well-being and happiness.
