Finance Act 2021 has been gazetted.

The Finance Act 2021 has been gazetted on 31 December 2021.

There is no material difference between the Finance Act 2021 and Finance Bill 2021 except on the deferment to 2026 on the taxability on foreign source income remitted into Malaysia.
