Last Wednesday, I had the opportunity to attend a webinar training on the topic "Tax Incentives" organised by CTIM.

I still remember one Friday when I was busy with working papers and our principal asked whether I was interested in joining and learning more about tax.

Why Me?

My first thought was, "I have never attended webinar training! Will I be able to do it? But then I thought, "This is an opportunity!" I immediately said yes.

I have always believed that every day we will learn something new, whether it be in life or in books.

The Wow Experience

The webinar started promptly, and the amazing speaker greeted us all and introduced the topic. The speaker was knowledgeable and engaging, and I found myself learning a great deal about tax incentives that I had never known before.

My first 4-hour experience of webinar training was worth it. I enjoyed listening through the webinar and learned many jargon terms outside my world. I was quite nervous as a first-timer and afraid that I could not catch up with the amazing speaker.

After the webinar, I honestly think that this was an enriching experience for me. Even though I find it hard to understand some parts of the explanation, it has taught me that there is always room for improvement to understand better.

Final Words

I wish to express my sincerest thanks to our principal, Mr. Koh Teck Peng, for giving me the chance to attend this webinar training. In the future, I hope there are more opportunities for me to learn.
