Najib can apply to court for stay of execution of the judgement. High court only entered judgement for IRB to recover the judgment debt through civil action not order to pay.

Najib has no case to challenge the summary judgement.

Najib can furnish bank guarantee to IRB for payment of the judgement debt until his appeal is finally settled in court subject to the acceptance by DGIR and decision of the court.

If Najib is unable to furnish bank guarantee, what happened next?

IRB will recover the debt through court action if he cannot pay then bankruptcy proceeding will follow which may result auction his properties for sale.

If IRB knows that in his bank account there have money, IRB can apply to court for garnishee order to the bank to pay over the money for payment of the judgement debt.
